Our Story
McKenzie & Co. was born from a concept; that Web Development is oversaturated with gimmicks and used car salesmen. Many agencies are satisfied with inefficiencies or unwillingness to learn how today’s technology can uniquely, and sufficiently, give organizations vast advantages. They’re led by marketing executives and not software engineers. Does your web agency ask about automations? Point of Sales integrations? Or reach more customers by accepting cryptocurrency? Probably not.
McKenzie & Co. is tech oriented. Meaning that not only would we work harder at implementing solutions, we enjoy it. We love to see the satisfaction on our clients faces when we show them performance measurements before and after our work. No guess work. We don’t just build websites and apps. We build infrastructure, lead generation pipelines, automations for your business tasks and so much more.
Josh McKenzie - Founder
With almost a decade of software development experience with companies such as startups to large established brands, Josh has worn many hats. In 2013 he was involved in Bitcoin mining hardware ecommerce netting over $100k in online sales. Later he moved into web development for various industries from autoclaves to mass media. He’s currently developing mobile apps for non-profit agencies.
Josh lives in Ashland, Kentucky with his three daughters and one son and their boxer “obi”.
